New GT Badging for 2004

I just got back from a dealer who had a new Inferno Red GT with new High Output classification and badging...




They also had a SeaMist Green-->

Is this the same engine as the '03, if so, why the HO badge? If not, what's the difference/s?

The HO is to let you know its not the new 180hp turbo. I gotta get one of those HO badges for my 03 GT.....

Good idea, I want to get one too! But I guess the colour on my DCS2 would be a telltale sign that I have a 215hp engine anyway, right?

I removed all my badges anyways....so it is of no use to me...I'll just smoke the sh*t out of a "low output" turbo and laugh all the way

I think they should send all of the '03 GT owners a 'high output' badge. We spent the big bucks and I want the world to know.

What is a 180 hp. turbo ? And what is the part # for the new badge ? OLDHEAD

I could get smart and say 'A 180 HP turbo is one that puts out 180 HP' but I won't. Dc has produced a turbo option for TE and LE editions that costs $1200. It features lower boost and is minus many of the GT internals. It is badged with LE or TE on the left and '2.4L Turbo' on the right just like the GT. The GT will now have a 'HIGH OUTPUT' badge below the '2.4L turbo' I think they should give ALL GT owners the badge.
