Bob, start the process as PeTe suggested. It is now time. Once you do it something funny will happen. The dealer will get in touch with you and say "Why didn't you come to us first, we could have work it out". Really, they will do that. Isn't it great, screw you over and then they act like you never bothered talking to them about it. Another great 5 star dealership no doubt. Good luck and keep us informed.

PeTe

I would like to ask you some questions about your ps pump. I believe I am having similar problems with mine. I had the steeting gear replaced and all was well for a few days. Now the problem with the steering feeling heavy is gone, But the pump is still very noisy even when the car is idling and I am not turning the wheels. Once the vehicle comes up to normal operating temp then the pump seems to quiet down. Is this what you experienced??

Maybe we can continue this in a new thread as not pollute Bob's though??

Thanks

I have a friend that just got a brand new Dodge Dakota truck from DC becasue in five months his original Dakota had three transmissions put in and had like 6 trips to the dealership for major tranny repairs. He used the Texas Lemon Law and got him a new truck.

Good Luck BOB...hopefuly we can restore some faith in DC.

Why is it so hard to get companies to stand behind the product these days, what ever happend to honesty and integrity? It makes me sick to think a person works so hard to earn a living, spends large on a vehicle they love only to have the manufacturer and dealer spit in your face and force us into costly litigation.

That car should be replaced - no charge -

GOOD LUCK, Bob! Did you buy the PT at autoland in Jersey.
Because years ago they gave me a hard time changing a tranny on a 1985 lebarron turbo that I bought their new. After contacting mfg they did it at no cost to me.
