Do you use Mobil 1 5w30 or 10w30? Which one is better?

5W-30 is preferred over 10W-30 according the owner's manual although either can be used depending on the "temperature range" in the area where you live.

Mobil1 15W 50 is what you guys should be using in a turbo motor.
