Mhle I made changes in my original post after I had a chance to trouble shoot it. Basically, I would shut the car down and follow the procedures in the owners manual. Also, after the car had cooled down I would check the PDC and make sure the Fan Control Relay is snug. I can/will send you a copy of the schematic and an image if you like. macster

I dont know how youre vehicle is set up but my car and 4 others sre all missing the 40 amp fuse in the PDC and its supposed to be missing pull it out and look where it goes there should be only one prong sticking out secondly it should be using a solid state relay/rad fan module no located in the PDC if you are having this problem refer to my OVERHEATING!!! topic in this discussion for the correction to this problem as per Chrysler Engineering.
thanks

RE"40A" fuse. I know, I know, I spent 4 hours looking for it and was getting really pissed, when I stopped and pulled up the circuit diagrams. After reading "all" the diagrams I finally came to the one with the Turbo circuit on it. I then went "DUHHHHHH" we need a UOC on these dam things. However there is a large connector under the PDC which I disconnected and reconnected just for the hell of it. Then I put everything back together per the spec, ensuring that I pushed on every electrical component in the PDC. Mine has been running great, but now I will be more careful before I just jump into something I will make sure that I carefully read all the techdata first. But it was fun doing it. I found out where the grounds were (grd 105 if I remember right located on the LH FWD INBD engine fenderwell) and other stuff like that. So it was time well spent. macster

"Bump" moves the post up the list in the forum....ie this post was pages back so by me posting a reply it brought it to page 1 . The "bump" means/does nothing ,it's the posted reply that moves the post . Jeff
