Unhappy o4 Turbo lite

Ok so i took my pt back to the dealer to have them check the engine code, i was told by autozone that the code was for an o2 sensor. well he dealer checked the code and they said that it was a code 1108. they told me that the code was for a bad vacuume to the waste gate. well when i cross that code ont he pc i get P1108 BARO to MAP Sensor Comparison Too High. (not sure what that means. now he dealer told me that they re connected the vacuume to the waste gate and cleared the code and i should be good to go.
well here is the thing. firt, i dont here the turbo spool up like i did, and im not get the kick of power from the turbo like i was geting, and after driveing it for a little while when you put it in park it wants to stall out.
Is there something they could have done to the turbo system ( waste gate and blow off valve) to give me less power and maybe mask a problem they done want me to know about ? im used to working on mustangs 302/5.0.
and dont know a whole lot about turbo, just the basic understanding of how they work just from being a car guy. any input would help before i go back to the dealer and and raise hell. ( i just bought the damn thing on monday... mostly happy, was happier before the check engine lights and what feels like a turbo not giveing as much boost as it was when i brought it home)

Heard a complaint like this once before and the dealer had unplugged the vaccuum hose from the wastegate and plugged the hose. Not a good thing. Have you done a leak test? Are all of your vaccuum lines zip tied to prevent leaks? Are you using T bolts on the intercooler hoses and the turbo to airbox hose? Just because they are a dealer doesn't mean they know anything about the workings of a turbo car.

I was talking to my brother and told him the situation. he told me that by having that vacuume unhooked from the waste gate that the turbo was probably pushing a little extra boost through the motor. but buy doing that you lower the intake manafold pressure and run the chance of leaning the motor out. which could cause sereious issues. he said that now with hooking the vacuume back up that the wastgate would functhion properly but give me a little less boost. so i guess that all makes sense to me.

can you adjust the waste gate on this turbo setup to gain a little extra boost or do i have to buy an aftermarket wastegate and blow off valve (which i would like to do eventually anyway)
