Bob:

Looks like if your dealership can't identify and fix the problem then THE LEMON LAW will "kick in" and DC will be giving you a new 2004 GT. Don't give up--good luck!

Keep us informed. Push the Lemon Law issue. As I posted before, a friend of mine got a new Dodge Dakota Truck using the lemon Law. You sure can get a new 2004 PT GT.

I told you before Bob, stay in their face everyday. At this point you have everything going for you. Your contact at the Lemon Law office, call them up all the time but remember, don't yell, be firm and to the point. You need a car and this has gone on too long. Demand (politely but firm) that you get a new car now. Chrysler can have your old one back and do the research on their time, not yours. Feel for you Bob, but you have to stay on top of it. The Lemon Law people I am sure are/will help out but I would still stay in touch with them on a more consistant basics then Chyrsler. I think at this point put Chrysler to the side and stay in contact with Lemon Law offices. Best of luck. You know everyone here is on your side.
