Mobil 1 is the only way to go....solves a lot of problems and questions, especially would have to second the good filter....K&N is definately the way to go..........outside of the oil, if using mobil 1, you know its not the oil itself, something else, sensor or sending unit.....

Changed the oil and the oil pressure light stopped coming on. Kinda odd, but what ever works.

Just my 2 cents if you wait for more mile to be on it you have defeated the purpose of the synthetic oil. Synthetic oil is designed to keep the ware and tear off the motor and to keep it cleaner (because of the additives added to the oil), not to put the ware and tear on it than hope for a bandage with synthetic oil. I run castrol full synthetic in my pt. I ran that in my caviler and it is sill going strong at 260,000 miles.

Semi-Synthetics have the same characteristics as the NS oils. They offer no appreciable benifits.
Why a Chrysler filter? I have been using FRAM Toughguard filters with great results.
I know it is wasting $ but if you cut a fram in half and a wix of a k&n you would shit the difference they are made of. I use napa gold (wix) filter in my cars.

Thx Warped!

You've convinced me! Next time I go in for an oil change, I'll suggest this or bring my own synthetic oil!

at the orileys I go to they have a K@N a Wix a fram a oriley and I think a STP filter where the screw on part is not attached to it so you can see how they are actually put together----me I like WIX but that is just me if we all liked the same think how high that price would be.
