Check out Fuelly | Share and Compare Your MPG. It's a great way to track your mileage, and compare to others. If a lot of us start to use it, the stats are more accurate.

Personally, Crewzin's pad and pencil method is preferable...
You'll just be adding your e-mail address to another "shared" listing!

For those who are data hungry, you'll find this site to be very useful, along with your pad and pencil. There are automatic calculations, trends, comparisons - you'll know how your vehicle compares to others. I don't use my email address as my alias (userid), and I don't receive emails from fuelly.com
