Default 2.4L Turbo?

Alight guys i know i'm a long way from home. I have a 2005 Jeep with a 2.4L, my questions is this the same engine in your turbo PT and if so where can i find some detailed pics of the turbos on the cars. I am debating whether to custom fab some turbo on my jeep or find another way to get more power. Not looking for massive power, problably one of yalls take off's (old parts after an upgrade) would work for me. My hampster doesn't seem to stay on its wheel.

Welcome, and I'd bet they're the same engine - just as the Neon SRT-4 is.
Try PTCrew.com - Learn it or Burn it. and SRTForums - they are more into performance than this site.

For a Jeep I'd look more at a supercharger. They work in the lower rpms where a Jeep wants it. A turbo won't give more power until higher rpms and that's not where you want the power to be.

I agree with mean I think the supercharger is a much better idea for your project . Any forced induction you do end up doing be sure to post some pics and keep us updated on your progress that sounds like a pretty good time .
