That sucks!
Last night I went to the movie theatre and it was packed...We even went to an earlier show but I knew that the car was going to get a small scratch somewhere...sure enough, I have on on the side moulding from a guy in a car who parked about 2 inches from my car. I think I got a rock scratch driving on the highway the first few days of owning it... It sucks I know! My sympathy... LIP

that sucks !!, when i first got my gt i parked right in the middle of a parking lot (wife thinks im nuts how i treat my cars ) when i came out there was a car parked next to me !! there had to be 50 spots in any direction around me and this guy parks next to me !! thank god no dents, or anything but heres the best !! i wanted to see who the person was, after about 5 min a guy that had to use a walker !! comes to the car i couldn't believe it, but the bottom line is people dont give a crap about there car so they arent going to give a crap about our cars !!

So Punch and Lip,
If I read you right, your Turbos are your "Daily Drivers". We(my girlfriend and I) are not rich but, We only use our P/T for weekends mostly and I use it for (Parts Chasing). Our Daily Driver is a 1997 Dodge Intrepid ES. Its a little bigger and really gets bashed by our roads and construction here. I am one of those "anal retentive" souls who is manic about the P/T. Our daily driver- "not-so-much." Herschel. ![]() |

Herschel,
For me, it is currently my daily driver. I've got a 1994 ProbeGT sitting in a driveway that requires a headgasket change. The car did me well until the last 14 months and it was one problem after another...I plan on putting the PT Cruiser in the garage for the winter and fixing the ProbeGT. The way I see it, I would need winter tires up here in Canada for the Cruiser and that's going to run me around the same amount that it will cost to fix the ProbeGT. In the end, I don't give too many thoughts about something scratching my ProbeGT or getting in an accident but I'm anal as well when it comes to the PT Cruiser!!! Cheers, LIP
