Default be carefull what you say or write to chrysler!!

hello all, when i went to pick out my new gt after chrysler bought me out of my 03 gt the owner of the dealership and i were talking, he told me that chrysler is thinking that i wanted this from the beginning, when i first got my car because of the emails i sent telling them that i didn't get the 2,500 rebate and so on he said that they have everything you write and or say on the phone on tape or in a file, i told him i didn't care, they were wrong in the way i have been treated from the start!! and to think this was my doing is a joke i am able to break my own car, chrysler can't find the problem i must be better than all there techs i told the owner to please tell them what i had said as i want to stay one of there " favorite customers!!" they have really been a pain in the ass about this whole deal !! so just keep in mind they keep everything that you write or say and if a problem happens they think they are going to use your own words against you!! what a joke !!

That's true in most companies these days. Usually they have a recording at the beginning of a phone conversation that it's being recorded for training purposes or some such BS like that. You write letters and it'll be stored somewhere for future reference and there's no reason for the big companies not to have someone keep an eye out on this and other forums to see what's going on.

Well bob,

They must know you well now..... With almost 2000 posts....

They must know that you loved the PT and DC before all this fiasco started...

I remember the good o'l days when all you wrote where nice things about your PTs.
Then all hell broke loose to the only owner that kept his PT stock...

Ian

As long as you are firm but polite and specific in your complaints I don't think you have anything to be concerned about in talking to DC or any other company IMHO. [?]

A lot of us went through a love then hate relationship. As far as I am concerned if DC wants to be treated politely or with respect, then they have to earn it. I don't see that happening. Until then please add my thread to your records, DC.

As mention, "they" keep records, written or recorded. We all must do the same. If they find out they you didn't then they say "we have no record of you calling". If you can produce your records of times, dates and who you spoke with, they must produce theirs. Recording times, dates, who you spoke with is something you should do with any of your complaints do matter to whom it is with.

Possibly the VP in charge of customer relations was of no more use than the rear sway bar.
Why in the world, when they are finally going to do the right thing, would they act in a less than gracious manner. The old addage in the car business " you didn't try everything if you didn't humiliate them" is still alive and kicking.
