Default easy and cheap performance gain

i replaced my spark plugs again, as it's been about 20,000 miles. the (not so) old plugs looked nice and light tan, but the upper white ceramic part looked a tad burnt.

i went (again) with champion copper plus #470 RE14MCC5 at $1.69 each.

i re-gaped them from .050 to .035.

For $6.76 and 10 minutes of labor, it's an easy and cheap performance gain.

my gt pt really scoots again - with no more hesitation - while my foot is in the fan.

Hope you did the wires, too. In my experience, the stock wires don't last.
I always replace both.

Magnecors should be fine. The stockers, no.

Thanks, will do just that this weekend. Maybe my mpg will improve, not real happy with it so far. I got 23 average on a 700 mile trip over the last weekend. I expected better.

Not really a performance gain. Just brought the car back to it's potential. It's nice to have a good running car.
