Default 02 housing!!

I would like to start by saying hello to you all. My name is manny zamora. I am the owner of a 03 srt-4. I bought mine back in feb. I live in the sac, cal area. So far, I have added an atp dp, atp upp, turbo xs mbc, msd wires, haname drop in air filter, home made cold-ram air intake, prototype 3" 02 housing, and my own desighned 3 " mendral bent exhaust.
You are probely thinking, a prototype 02 housing? Well, that is what I would like to explain to you guys, and gals.
SPECS: flanges are laser cut on a CNC machine out of chrome moly. They are .400 thick. The tube, on the prototype-mine, has an inside diameter of 3". I is made for of a high nickle steel, and is .250 thick 1/4". I have placed the 02 senser in the stock location. I will be offering the option of running an extra 02 bung, for air/fuel gauage. It is going to be available in 2 sizes, 3" and 2 1/2. The later being for some of you that feel that a 3" exhaust is going to be to big. And or, do not want to change the down pipe. The stock down pipe entrance hole is 2 1/2".
I have the prototype installed in my car at the present time. The gains are really noticeable. I gained a little more bottom end, but where this thing really sines is, from about 2700rpm, all the way to redline. It also improved my throtle responce quite a bit.
I am going to be putting it on a dyno tomorrow. I will post the numbers as sonn as I get to my comp. I would post pics but, that is where I have some problems. If you want to see some pics, you can send me your e-mail, or go to the srtforums.com and do a search for manny z's 02 housing. This is a chance to really wake up you gt's. When you see the pics, you will be amazed at how small the stock one is.

silver srt,

Please email the pics to me and I will post/host them for all to see. I am very interested in this myself. I noted the small outlet on the manifold when I made my 3" system using a hi-flow cat on back. The main restriction seemed to be before the cat.

Please help the mechanically infirmed.
Is this CNC machined wonder:
A Downpipe - from the stock manifold to the Cat?
A Complete Turbo Back package without a Cat?
A Complete Turbo Back package with a 3" cat?

I am sure that you have put in Sensor bungs appropriately, but you forgot to tell us what it is.

this is the piece that is attached to the exh manifold. The outlet of you stock manifold is just under 2 1/2". The inlet size of the stock 02 housing is the same size, but where it really gets resticted is, that it bottlenecks down to 2"!! Now the one I have in my car is 3". reason being, I am running a 3" dp and a 3" exh. For the individuals who want some extra performance, but do not want such a big exh. That is where the 2 1/2"version. You see, the inlet to the stock dp is 2 1/2". Then it gooes down to the 2 1/4 " tail section, that attaches to the rest of the exhaust. What I am planning on doing is, when I make the 2 1/2". I am going to remove the smaller tail section of the stock dp, and replace it with a 2 1/2" pipe. I will be testing this vertion on a freinds srt. And yes, I do have a bung in the factory lacation for the 02 sensor. I will be offering the option of an extra bung, for a air fuel guage.

Already available on the market is a full 3" Turbo back flex joint with 3" catalytic converter that comes in a 3", 2 2/1", or 2 1/4 " exhaust connection.
How is yours different?
Where does the catalytic converter fit? (Stocker is only about 2".)

the 02 housing goes is attached to the exh manifold. When you take you dp off, and look at the manifold, you will see an 02 sensor attached to it. That is the part that I will be testing tonight.
