I agree with the air adjustments. Not the best but as far as the A/C goes, no problem here in Florida.

I live in the central valley here in N. Calif. It gets a little warm here .... 110 - 115 not unusual! If I leave mine on full for long it will freeze you out.

No turbo here... but an "02 limited auto with very cold air... takes only a few mintues to get the car cool an it seems to stay cool especially here in the fla heat... and everyone has there own tastes but I love the air adjustment vents I think there great you can really direct the air and when you lock them open it really puts out the air!

I first noticed how whimpy my GT a/c was when I was in for service on a typical 98 degree day here in Oklahoma and the loaner car was a Neon. The Neon a/c was very cold. The dealer said that the GT's were warmer than the Neons...

Turn the knob to recirculate interior and it will freeze you out. If you turn the knob to outside circulation, it will take longer to cool and will not cool as effectively as using insode recirculate setting. We live in Houston and it is hot all the time. My GT will freeze you out!!!

All I know is that in the Mojave desert I need to turn my A/C blower switch to second or third highest after a while or I freeze in anything less than 105 degrees. Over 105 it does take a while to cool off an oven car. I dont like using recirculation but if I do it is very cold if my car has been in garage. If parked in over 105 degree heat then it is better to open windows and put on recirculation but it takes a while to get to normal temp. BTW much faster than my 87 Mustang ragtop!![8)]
