Stage 1 & warranty???

I am going to purchase a new '03 GT and want the dealer to install the stage one and blow off vavle before I take delivery, I've offered them to pay it in full in cash, but the only way I'll buy the car is if they install everything and put it in writing that the parts purchased through their dealer and installed by the dealer ARE warrantied. Any body do this, any sucess, any advice??? Stew

Keep us posted but I dont think so!! My Dealer has turned me down only twice once on this subject and once on getting a rear sway bar as a missing part!

We wrote up all the paper work, as I've already asked the service mgr., and we had the green light to do the deal, but they told me to come back on Monday after lunch, so they could give me the exact prices on everything, and probably double check that, so 'They" could do this...Wish me luck Stew

Good luck. Mopar does not warrant performance parts and if the performance parts mess up your GT then Chrysler will not fix anything under warranty. It doesn't matter if the service manager agrees because Chrysler will not back him up.

If the package says "no warranty" ...there is NO warranty!

If the package has no C.A.R.B. number....It does not conform.

Many people are willing to believe that DCX is not "really" going to fail to warrant bad goods....just wait, and you will see.
