ok so here's the deal, i upgraded my pt cruise to stage one a couple of weeks ago and i needed to do the tranny learn. so after doing the tranny learn i notice that the turbo was RED hot but found out later that it was ok for it to get that hot. a day later when i started it up the check engine light came on while driving down the road. the code was p0141 which i believe to be o2 sensor heater problem, the dealer told me it was the down stream sensor. they wanted 270 to replace
, crazy price so i did it my self for like 25 dollars for the part. still the check engine light came on. so i decide to replace the upstream one. still the check engine light. i tryed reseting the computer and that just prolong the check engine light for about 3 days. anyone know what could be wrong. i am thinking a shorted wire or maybe a fuse. is there a fuse for the heater circuit for the o2 sensors. any help will be great. thanks again!!!!!

Agree with Hooligan. Had mine replaced with Chrysler parts as a preventative measure. They are expensive but no problems. Owners have reported problems with non-Chrysler parts.
