Just wanted to know where I could buy all the pieces to make one? or if I can still buy them from the amx guy?

I would check with amx1397. He's been working on some new pipes with teflon coat! Not sure if he's doing the TTAB, but upper and lower for sure.

If you go to ptcrew.com and look under the vendor section for amx's section he has a "how to make your own" post there. He is working with needswings to get the pipes produced through them. Not sure on the progress of that though.
