 That's the trouble with a repaint - as I'm sure it was - the factory prep is much better.

Go for the 03....less miles...a very nice colour...you can buy a spoiler and bolt it on...and add all kinds of stuff...like me

Why don't you buy the PT cruiser GT with stage 1 and low miles and have it transported to you?Check the classified section in this forum

There are 3 pt's at ptcrew.com that run faster than 13.5 in the 1/4 mile from $7500 to 10k
one was the agp project cruiser and is sick (thread search 2step) if i had the money it would be mine Josh

Where do you live, TurboJerk? That blue one looks identical to the one I test drove up in vancouver, WA before I bought my '03, and the mileage is the same.
Keep in mind you'll need a timing belt at 90K, so work that bargaining point!

If any doubts about them, keep looking - don't by a mistake. Color is much easier to get over than a problem.
