Default New 2003 pt gt

i went out today and bought a used 2003 pt gt turbo with 119,000 miles. and i just have a few questions. i want to do a few things to it.
would a cold air intake on it make a difference for horse power?
would new racing plugs and wires make a difference?
thanks for all of your help

No hp gain and in fact if it is sucking hot engine air you will lose power.

Don't know what you mean by "racing plugs", but I use the stock Copper Plus plugs gapped at .035 and I'm running 350 hp. Factory wires suck. I'm using MSD wires and love them.

At 119k has the water pump and timing belt been replaced?

Welcome.
The plugs and wires are a good idea, but will only replace what you've lost to worn out plugs/wires.
I hope you have synthetic oil in that puppy!
Your best bet is Stage 1 for more performance.
Have that timing belt looked at - if it hasn't been replaced, you're living on borrowed time!
