Picked it up from the dealer and...
...they replaced the PCM for the high-RPM miss. As expected, I made a U-turn on the way out to have them input the correct pinion ratio or whatever to make the spedo work.
They replaced the Rack & Pinion to get rid of the whistle and low and behold, it's still there, albeit much less.They said they talked to the national brains at Mopar and they suggested replacing a hose as well, which they have ordered.I'm assuming they are trying to run down things that may be vibrating, thus causing the noise. Anywho, all is well, and the miss is gone.
