Default Tie rod and cv boot

I have an '04 turbo and am getting some noise sometimes while turning, or could hear some odd noise while driving slow. I only have 44K on it, could it be that the tie rods are already bad?

the best way to repair this EASY problem is 1. check power sterring fluid you probably alreay did that now check your tie rod ends if worn replace them if fine get your front end alignment and tires balanced all power steering units are small and whiny so make sure alignment balance and tie rods are ok if not replace power steering pump reservoir and hoses this will fix your problem.

In my experience it is most likely the CV joint if you are hearing it most when turning. Axle replacement is fairly straight forward.
