Default engine runs for couple seconds, key off

i was pulling in the parking garage and turn my key off and the engine still ran. It ran for about 3 seconds then stumbled and shut off (kind of like when you pull the fuel pump fuse while running). I also noticed my vacuum on my boost gauge while coasting at about 2k rpm's is about 26-27inhg instead of the usual 23-24 while coasting. Nothin else really to describe, that's basically it. any ideas fellas and ladies? I just reset the computer and started it and let it run for bout a minute. cut it off and it still did the same thing. cut it off and it started to quit then jumped rpm's a couple time, stumbled, and shut itself off. it was an all of a sudden kind of thing too that just happened today. never has done it before. i got codes p1681, p1105, p0642, p0627. manifold wasn't red hot from what i could see, and i also was just driving normally (no boosting) before this occured.

Do you get a ping or knock when running?
You wouldn't be running regular gas in your GT, would you?

My first thoughts also Don. Someone else was having the same problem and it turned out to be the ignition switch.

all premium especially with the agp wga haha. i thought the switch too but everything in the car turns off except for the motor, stays running for a couple seconds. it didn't do it when i went to class this morning (completely warm) but did it when i parked back in the parking garage at the condo. what would explain the extra drop in vacuum? even when revving a little it drops lower than usual. It does fluctuate maybe an inch in bad weather, but it's nice out, still 3in lower than usual coasting, maybe 2in lower when backing down off a rev.

Well you do have some interesting codes there. 0642 I have no idea. Are you sure about that one? you have a TIP sensor circut and a fuel pump code. then you have the 1681 is in the list but i have no idea what Driver 5 line 1 means.

it's p0462, fuel level cicuit low i belive, sorry i typed it wrong. I'm going to reset the battery and see what goes away and comes back. it drove better today and didn't do the engine running thing as bad. just stumbled and cut off today. I'm thinking it was bad gas or something. Maybe the codes were from the engine still running with everything off and it freaked the computer out or something?
