whats the hp to weight of a hyundai accent vs the hp/weight of the GT?

I checked it our myself
accent 3 door 103hp/2255lbs = 21.9lbs/hp
tiburon v6 172hp/3015lbs = 17.53lbs/hp
GT turbo 215hp/3108lbs = 14.45lbs/hp
GT turbo stage 1 240hp/3108 = 12.95lbs/hp
Crossfire 215hp/3084lbs = 14.35 lbs/hp
Viper srt-10 500hp/3380lbs = 6.76lbs/hp <----- yikes
Mustang GT 260hp/
Mach 1 305hp/

I got a good run from a hyundai : (, on the highway!

I've modded the shyte outta my neon, and NBR10 walks away from me, somethings not right w/ your car man.

I sure hope it was one of those turbo charged accents......
a popular and easy mod is to swap the 2.0l into the little accent making 135hp
http://www.hyundaiperformance.com

accent 3 door 103hp/2255lbs = 21.9lbs/hp stock
accent 3 door 135hp/2255lbs = 16.7lbs/hp with swap

Yeah punch at the end of the day you're still riding in PT. He'll be on the back of a tow truck soon enough....

I can't knock hyundais, i've owned 2, no problems with them at all, and my mother owned a pony, again no problems...

you want a speed demon, try a 1985 hyundai stellar with the 4cyl 100hp engine.....
