Default Sea Foam method

I know I have seen a few posts about how to run a can of Sea foam through the system by sucking it in through a vacuum line.

I am just wondering which line should I use? Can I use the Brake booster line or ?

I understand I could use the BOV line, can someone tell me where it is?
