Default Where is my turbo?

The plastic on the inside of my passenger side wheel well is scraping the ground when I drive. I was thinking of trimming the plastic off but I saw it's somewhat protecting a belt driven peice of the engine. I was wondering if it would be safe to do that.

Why not jack it up, take off wheel, and properly attach the wheel well liner?

What caused it to come loose and drag?

Not really sure what caused it to come lose, I am thinking I bottomed out and it ripped? At this point its warped and I don't think attatching it is even possible?

You need your inner wheel liner. Your engine will get gunked up with debris in short order if you run without it. It protects a lot of moving parts behind it, pullies etc.
