My intake from K&N has been taken to the dealer and no problems. When I told them it was from K&N just not available yet they were very nice!!

I've taken my car to the dealership with the intake installed a number of times without issue. The subject of the warranty has never come up. I don't believe I would have a hard time until (as Jody says) They think it broke something.

I've been running a mopar CAI in my car for almost 4 years now w/o issue while the car was still under warranty. I even talked to the service manager about it before I installed the intake, he said as long as I didn't hydrolock my motor I would be fine. Given the location of the BTG I think you guys would be hard pressed to hydrolock your motors.
