Where to get proof

I can't believe some people!! How can a Dealer stand and lie in you face like that?

When I quoted the TSB for the new PCM to my Dealer he seemed a bit taken aback at first but he looked it up, orderd the part, it arrived within 1 week, he called me and it was installed yesterday - no charge.

In my opinion and with the price of vehicles these days the only response we should get from a dealer is "yes sir, right away!"

If you can go to another dealer I would, even if they help you out because you pushed them I still would not use them. I would'nt let them make 1/2 a cent profit from me.

For some people it is an every day occurrance and it means no more to them than throwing down a gum wrapper.
