Try "cardealerreports.com" I wish more people would give it a try and list their favorite and non-favorite dealers.

Chrysler, like McDonalds or anybody else, is at the mercy of their lowest paid employees. I've had real issues with the people you don't meet, but the Service Manager etc. have gone the extra mile.

NO STAR DEALER - TUSTIN DODGE/CHRYSLER!

I had to fight with them just to get the "due bill" done right. The initial sales person was good but the sale manager and F&I were a nightmare. Talk about feeling like you walked into a meatgrinder. Service always takes 2 days no matter what it is in for. Yuk, Ptui, yuk. Gotta get the taste out of my mouth from talking about them.

no star dealer and retart award goes to &gt;&gt;&gt;&gt; baker chrysler in princeton , new jersey . salesman awesome, when trouble started with my first gt my salesman no longer worked there and was told you are in new york what do you want us to do for you?? that started the war!!i sent letters etc, etc, i was told by chrysler that if the trouble with my car couldn't be fixed that dealership would loose its 5 star rating for one year, im sure thats no big deal but what the hell if i gave them some grief thats cool with me !! and the trouble wasn't fixed i got a new car
