I have a BTG flow through exhaust from PT Tuning and I love it. A flow through exhaust is great for a turbo. Check it out.

I don't have Bassani but they are a very well respected name in exhuast systems. A little pricey but good stuff.

I have their X pipe in stainless for my Mustang and it is a piece of art not just an exhaust part! But they are pricey, well built, well engineered, moderate sounding (Most of the time) and perform at least equal to most of their competition! They compete well with the likes of Borla!
