I talked w/ a traffic cop today about underglows and he said that he saw no problems w/ them, but to check w/ the local community office to make sure. The only neons that are 100% illegal are interior neons, plates, and pisser lights.

i had a set on my last cruiser in blue, on my black xenon kitted pt. I would drive with girls in the car and they would say something like how their makeup or hair must be really nice that day because everyone is looking at them!! RIGHT!!! But the techniciality to get off any ticket is that they do not face the front or back of the car but face the ground...since the legal thing is that you can't have colored lights other than amber or white facing the front or amber or red (maybe clear) facing the rear
