Default Power windows problem

Hello,
I'm french and own a '03 2.4GT convertible PT.

After the winter "hibernation", I've try to restart the car but the battery was out. I recharged the battery, and the engin start. But the windows doesn't work (and the top doesn't work to).
I searched the internet and find that I had to check the fuse #2 (20amp) under the dash. But in my car, the fuse #2 is for "Park Lamps" and is 15amp...
I didn't find any fuse for "Power Window", so could you please help me or tell me if I have something else to check!
Tank you!

You need to check the PDC..( power distribution center ) it's in the engine compartment on the left side near the firewall.
There are several fuses & relays in there. Do a search on here, there is something about the verts and windows not working that needs to be reset.
I see your location is France, the PDC I talked about is for Left hand drive cars, yours is maybe Right hand? If so, then it may be on the other side.

Yes, that's it; Do a "search" here in the forums, there are threads about your problem listed and how to fix it.

Really, an 03 GT vert?

Once "Chrome" sees this thread, I'm sure he can answer your question. "Come in Chrome".

I could be wrong, but you also appear to have a Can bus "Under hood fuse box". When you have a Canbus system on a vert, you don't have a fuse box in the interior near your knee or anywhere else inside the car. ???

YES! I found the solution here:
Window problems
What do you mean by "vert"? Convertible?
And yes, there is an other fuse box on the left, under the steering column.

You have an odd combination--left hand drive--- empire wheels(only on later model years)--- folding mirrors (only on earlier years). You must have done some customizng.
