You install it where your stock BOV is. You'll find 3 small bolts that hold a plate (on your turbo, next to the inlet where your intake connects to).

It was a pain in the ass to get to, but I found out that the easiest way to the third bolt is to come up from underneath.

I'll see if I can find a picture, and you'll see the blue plate I'm talking about. I had it installed for what...2-3 days then took it off. My 'BOV' was leaking out more boost than I really wanted it too during gear shifts. Cause of that, I'm going with either a true BOV by either HKS or Tial.

Just went outside to take a pic.

You'll see the coupler from turbo to intake to the right. Just to the left of that, you'll see a plate with 3 bolts holding it. That's where your Mopar BOV goes.

Here's another shot taken a bit further away. Sure the pic is out of focus but just wanted to give you an idea more or less of where it's located. Look down the gap just above the 'K'

Remove your airbox, disconnect the battery positive just to get it out of the way, pull the intake feed from the turbo, and look down and you'll see this:

Then when you finally get the total PITA BOV installed (oh have fun!), it should look like this (assuming you're using the Mopar BOV):

And if you want to take a ride, 4" off the ground, on my lower tube bumper, to 103mph, then grab your britches and hold on:

Check out Chrome's second pic, that's how it looks installed. Never took a pic of mine installed since it didn't stay in long.

As far as leaks go, I doubt you'll develop one because of the BOV. I think it's because I was pushing more boost than normal.

I'm going with a true BOV so I can bypass the old, leaky stock BOV.

As for the mopar plate, just wasn't my thing.

Here's my engine bay. The up-pipe is where I'll be getting a flange welded and BOV installed.

(Weird, I edited the pic to be 800x600...guess it'll take awhile until the effect takes place)
