Default Battery problem?

Hello I had a good one today. My 2004 turbo check engine light came on, cruise control shut off and would not come back on, air bag light came on, speedometer dropped to 10 miles per hour no matter what speed i was going, engine lost power and started misfireing and shut off. The battery light did NOT come on. error codes p0032, and P0038, also three codes about injectors being open. could this be a weak battery? my battery charger says it was at 50% charge. any guidence would be greatly appricated!
Thanks.

Welcome to the Forum!!! Take the car to a auto parts store, they will check it under load, you prolly need a new battery, 7 years is really stretching it.

I changed the battery and the problems went away. The wierd thing was I never had problems starting the engine.
