That is what I was implying when responding to ROLO's post. As I have posted before, from the drawing board, DC never intended to get CARB approval for any of the staged kits.

I understand that to mean that they have not been tested for compliance, not that it is non-compliant.

The pcm is not OBD II compliant so that would mean the kit is non-compliant.
