Tthrift's looks really nice, the intake color really sets off the valve cover and makes it stand out.

GLH TC does the valve covers it at his shop in Mississauga.

We do this locally ourselves (we are actually in Scarborough not Mississauga), but it is not powder coated. The valve cover is painted with a wrinkle paint and then sprayed with a couple of coats of rust paint, but any paint will do really. We are looking into the possibility of doing body matching valve covers once we source out a reliable paint supplier. Here is a pic of it installed on my GT (sorry for the dirty engine bay):
