Default stupid dealer
went for my routine maintance at 14,000km.

well today after looking at installing my BOV, I noticed I have no oil cap.

can this cause any harm, i did notice an oil burning smell the first day but just presumed they spilled some on the engine and didn't bother to look under the hood.

Hey Punch, look on the bright side, at least it wasn't the oil drain plug they left off!

funny thing was the day i went, christmas eve, the quick lube area smelled of booze?

I wonder if the tech's weren't having a bit of christmas cheer.

Should one ask, where then is the cap? Could it still be on the car wedged down by ^&*()_???? Nawww!

You should get a cap on that asap, sorry not to state the obvious but no good can come from that.

No doubt the oil boys had a couple - reminder to self - no dealer visits near Christmas.
