The only "official" way to do it is to tune the ECU and delete the rear O2 sensor warning light. Other methods are hit or miss.

Go get 2 spark plug non foulers at auto parts, drill out one (so the o2 sensor will fit all the way through, screw the second one on the end of the one you drilled. Install both onto the down pipe and install your o2 sensor.

This keeps it far enough out of the exhaust stream to trick the PCM.

Not the downpipe, the non fouler as the o2 sensor will hit the inside if you dont drill it deeper.

Others methods that work:

OR stage1 pcm doesnt see the sensor but it does need to be left plugged in. I got mine removed and tied up under the car. I then used the free bung hole ( ) to mount the sensor for the air/fuel gauge.

OR you can find someone that uses Diablosport CMR (tuner shop) and they can change the code to turn this off as RaineMan posted

One of the best in my area is Nigel Alexander he goes by Turbo666 on most forums email: Nigel@TruDynoSports.com and see what he would charge (he can do through email)

Or a J shaped defouler would work great... Kawizx9r told me the trick about the spark plug non fouler but I already buy the needswings defouler "J" shape and it worked fin for me for the past 3 months
