GT Badge...you guys remove it?

I've noticed some messages talking about removing the gt badge and I'm curious: is it basically a security measure?
is it to avoid attention? are theives drawn to the turbos?
at the same time i'd like some opinion on custom security,like the multilock shift lock...good idea,right?

Welcome to the forum dbraveman. Some remove their badges to "dress the wolf in sheep's clothing", others just like a clean look without badges, etc.

I removed all lettering except the word 'turbo'. My main reason for the change is I dislike most of the 'all talk and no action' style of vehicle I seem to see around these days. Lots of graphics, wings, big exhaust pipes, typeR whatever. You either got the power or not, no badge can change that. Besides, GT is over-used... so many Mustangs...

I like both the clean look and the understated plain wrapper look. As for the clean look I always found cleaning my doors with the PT CRUISER emblem there was a pain as the rag gets snagged. I also never really liked the GT letters.

yup, cleaned the doors, got rid of the GT and left just the turbo letters. I think it goes faster with the doors smoother.... lol

I'm sure it does, better air flow, less resistance.

I removed it to make room for my new turbo badge, which in my opinion looks much better.
