I have purchased the Stage one kit, 5-speed Trans. When I called around, installation was quoted from 11/4 hrs to 3 hours, $120 to $240? What have your guys, who have them, paid to have this done. Appreciate any input.

I was quoted 1.4 hrs (1 hr for the fuel injectors and 0.4 hrs for the computer--per the shop manual). At $70 a shop hour, that's the $100 I was quoted.

Computer takes 20 min to change
If you go step by step and have no idea what you are doing, the injector swap takes 2 hours.

It's not hard to do, grab a case of beer, a space heater fo the garage, and all you'll need is a basic set of sockets.

"It's not hard to do, grab a case of beer, a space heater fo the garage"
isn't that the deal for all repairs or mods to be done [8] |

Hey guys, like the idea of the beer, but I getting old, last cars I worked on were built in the 60's when you room to see what you were doing. When I look at these new engines I have no idea what I am looking at. So I think I will let someone else(the kids)get their hands dirty, but I will drink the beer and watch them!!!![]() ![]() |

I had mine done at a local Dodge dealer that does quit a bit of work on Vipers. They charged me $195 and took about 2 hrs., the dealer was recommended by a friend and they took good care of it in a professional manner. I'm very pleased and do have peace of mind each time I start the GT.
