Default Solenoid 2 (Also 1 & 3 If Anyone Knows)

Can anyone with a tech manual tell me the intended function of each of the two lines coming from solenoid 2. In fact if you have the manual, I'd be interested in the function of each of the solenoid lines from 1, 2 and 3

Also, just to double check, I am seeing solenoid 2 with two lines -- one in the top position and the other just below with the bottom slot empty.

Fooling with boost/bleeds/wastegates and need some guidance (and also to make sure I don't hook or reconnect something incorrectly)

I have the BTG strut tower brace and I do not care for the solenoid bracket they provided. I would like to find an alternate, more inconspicuous way to mount these things. Any ideas?
