In what other states now do buyers qualify for the $2500 rebate? According to my salesman, the last time I spoke with him (a week ago), Washington state buyers do not qualify for this rebate. When I called the Chrysler "rebate hotline" about two weeks ago they told me that they were not aware of any $2500 rebate on the PT Turbo. I would have thought that a large rebate like this would be advertised by Chrysler but I have seen or heard nothing.

Hi Cruisers!

This is my first post. I bought a BLACK GT last Sunday for $21,727 including rebate. They also gave me 3% for 5 years. MSRP was $25,975. Car had 2 miles on it! It has everything in 2CR, heated leather, 6-disc CD changer and auto. trans.

So far I am most happily surprised with the traction control - we had ice and I just could not spin out - and least impressed with the turning radius.

Everything else is everything I had hoped for!

Hey Gary, try going here: http://www.chrysler.com/pt_cruiser/

Once there hit Pt Cruiser models and the next page hit special offers. I went there and used 97204 zip code and they don't offer rebates on the purchase of a Cruiser. Just on the lease to loyal chrysler people. If you have a different zip code, check it out. Good luck!

BigDog,

It's funny that you couldn't get the rebate. My Florida zip has 15 different Chrysler models including the PT with anywhere from $1,000 to $3,500 rebates good till Feb.28th

Crewzin,

I was really telling Greg who lives in Washington state about the rebate. In his state there is none. I bought my GT in October 2002 and there was none offered at that time. A month later they came out with that Sony thing and then of course now the $2500 rebate. What can you say. It always happens, buy something and the next day it goes on sale.
