Default Picture of radiator fan assembly 4 wire connector

Hello everyone, my 2003 pt cruiser gt turbo began to over heat and I took it to a local repair shop ( big mistake). he pulled out the stock fan and try to repair it.he ran into some trouble and figured out that he could not repair it. He found a non turbo 3 wire fan and hot wired it. That does not work for you when he tried to modify that non turbo fan he cut the connection and through everything else in the trash. Now I'm trying to repair his repairs my question is does anyone know what the 4 wire connection to the fan looks like. Pictures will be greatly appreciated. Happy Valentines Day and thank you all.

From the 2003 shop manual for the 2.4 liter Turbo:
Harness connector viewed from open end with the locating-locking tab at the top.
Top right is pin #1
Top left is pin #2
Bottom right is pin #3
Bottom left is pin #4
#1- black 10 gauge wire- ground
#2- violet/red 10 gauge wire- battery positive (fusible link)
#3- dark green/orange 16 gauge wire- auto-shutdown relay output
#4- dark blue/dark green 20 gauge wire- radiator fan motor control (part of PCM)
