Default Code P0300 won't crank

Hi, I have a 2005 Turbo, started running ruff on the way to work the service light came on, had to pull over, turned it off and it wouldn't crank back up. Had it towed home, got the error code P0300 checked to see if all four coils fire and they do, checked to see if gas was coming through the line, it is with plenty of pressure. It acts like it wants to crank, but sounds like it is out of gas, but I have half a tank of gas. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
