Default Show me your pillars

I have been thinking about getting my exterior side pillars painted to match the car (inferno red) I also heard some people have put vinyl (either carbon fiber look, or color match) Just wondering if anyone has any pics they can post of any work done along these lines so I can take a look before I jump, Thanks, Gary

I like em black. Otherwise it makes the bulk of the car more apparent. Just my opinion. There's a lot of mass behind the B-pillar, coloring or chroming them makes it more obvious. Personal taste. If you like it go for it.

I'm doing mine this summer. Here's a "How-To" for removal and installation of the door pillars.

Please don't send pictures of anything being raped, especially if vinyl is involved.

What kind of sicko would do something like that. I'll bet that soon there will be a whole web site dedicated to raping pillars.

I decided againt painting/chroming mine for this specific reason as I wanted to maintain a "more sleek appearance" to go along with my lower side-body flames. Ask yourself...What look do I want my car to have?...and then make your decision. Good luck.
