BOV plate leakage
People (not all) on the SRT-4 site have noted a decrease in power with the Mopar BOV kit in place. The paper gasket didn't seal correctly apparently. Not sure if it was installed incorrectly. The fix was to use some high temp RTV on it.
Has anyone experienced this with their PT? They were only losing a couple of pounds of boost, so I'm not sure if you would know it unless you had a boost gauge.

When i first mounted mine, I had trouble tigtening the screw near the oil line (the PITA screw). I can say there was loss of power, I could just hear the turbo and it made a whirring sound. I can't imagine it leaks as all the thing is is a plate with holes in it anyways. Took it off and reseated it and have had no probs since.
The gasket, if not placed in the same orientation as the holes in the BOV plate could cause issue. Aligning it could get confusing...maybe that could cause leaking. I pull about 13psi on my boost gauge, so I don't think I am losing any, at least not from there, but I didn't compare before and after either.

I gained 2 PSI by putting Hi temp silacone on both sides.
