Default Turbo Air intake duct

I've searched for over an hour on here and I give up!! There is a hole in the side of the air intake duct at the end that hooks on the turbo of the wifes 04 turbo light. It looks like there should be a hose coming from it but I cant find anything disconnected nor can i find a picture or diagram that shows it. Any ideas? What it is and where it goes? I hope I got this picture attached correctly!

I believe that is where the Intake Air Temp sensor plugs in.

I thought that the air temp sensor is on the duct going from the air box to the throttle body? This hose goes down to the turbo. The end with the hole is the end that connects to the turbo.

With a hole like that, on the non-turbo, we have a vacuum line that comes from the side of the valve cover.

I have two 03s with turbo. One is a manual dream cruiser and the other is an automatic GT. Both have a tube from that hole which connects to a distribution block. Here are some pics of the auto GT.

Yes, I was talking of hose to throttle body.

My guess is it senses the air pressure going into the turbo. Have to look it up.
