by removing the silencers will the pcm learn of this mod and correct itself? if so do you have to keep reseting the compputer? and how do you go by reseting the computer? is it by removing both the battery cables or just the positive cable? thanks in advance you guys.

The PCM will try to undo most changes.
To reset the computer, you can remove either battery cable. Leave it disconnected for several minutes to allow the capacitors to discharge. If you have an automatic, you will have to retrain the transmission after disconnecting the battery.
