Thumbs down '05 GT will not pass CA smog Readiness

Howdy,
I have a '05 GT with 120K. Car runs like a champ and I am going to sell her right after I pass smog (already got another car). Problem is I had the timing belt replaced which resulted in disconnecting the battery to do the work a few months back.
I cannot get the Catalyst and Oxygen sensors to go to Ready to even start up the SMOG test. This has been going on for almost 3 months and I go back to see if it can pass every weekend. Dealer and another shop said to just keep driving it.

Driven 860+ miles freeway and city.
No codes at all.
Runs like a top
Tried different brands of gas (premium)
Replaced the front O2 sensor last week as a hail mary.
Just got back and I have these results. Can someone help me interpret them?

Bank 1 Short term fuel trim 0.0%
Bank 1 Long term fuel trim 17.2%
Bank 1 sensor 1 O2 output volts 0.115V
Bank 1 sensor1 short term fuel trim 0.8%
Bank 1 sensor 2 02 output volts 0.055V
bank1 sensor2 short term fuel trim 99.2%

So the big problem looks to be bank1 sensor 2 is out of whack. It should be in the single digits so my air fuel mixture is way out of whack right? What is my next step? Look for vacuum leaks, replace something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Wait just a moment and my cyber-stocker will follow me to this thread and tell you how to deal with this. Your problem is one he actually knows about first hand with a PT Cruiser. So it's good advice.

And in the mean time, here's a link. You can contact him by PM if he doesn't take the bait.

Looking into this further, +99% looks like I am running lean.
I found this:
Running too lean High positive fuel corrections can be traced to MAF and O2 sensor faults, vacuum leaks from intake gaskets/hoses, unmetered air (intake snorkel leak), clogged or dirty fuel injectors, fuel delivery issues, and exhaust restrictions such as a clogged catalytic converter.

Any ideas?

I would suggest checking out the other Oxygen Sensor after the catalytic converter. I am surprised you are not getting any engine trouble codes.
I would also suggest checking the wires on both Oxygen Sensors.
Have you been using engine oil for a long time?

I believe you are looking at Mode 6 data. Its very hard to find any information on Mode 6 data.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will try replacing the downstream O2 sensor next weekend and checking the wires. I'm stumped too with no codes showing up.

Sorry for the late reply, the storms knocked out my internet but I am back now.
