Start you a members project thread and post up plenty of pics. If you thought of it, it's been done by somebody on a PT. Nothing new much left. But everybody has there own touches. So we'll keep an eye out for you project.

the steering rack is in the way of the rwd trans. it'd be easier just to buy a northstar caddy and shove the running gear in the back. alternatively, buy a v8 converted fiero and use the rear section. i mean, either would save you about two years worth of swearing.

They have Hemi's, V10 viper engine, V6's, and all without putting a frame under one as well. But you ask on another thread how to camber the rear end. How are you going to figure this out. Just say'n.

I had the same thoughts about V8'ing my 03 Dream Cruiser. It has been a long winter so I did just that.

I tubbed the rear, installed a 4 link suspension, Mopar 8-3/4 rear with 4.76gears, 30in tall 10inch slicks, Chevy 454 with an 10-71 blower and dual Holley Dominators topped off with a Hilborn scoop. Of course this necessitated major hood, firewall, dash and windsheild modifications. The exhaust is open headers off to the sides of the car with chrome flanges just for the hell of it.

I just got it back from the shop.
