I have been having a problem with the parking lights and dashlights operating in my car. Its a 2005 convertible with no fog lights. I have replaced the multifunction switch twice and it still keeps blowing the fuse. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Some folk here on the forum seem to think I know a lot about cruiser electrical systems. I simply know how to read schematics. So I, with the help of others here, will tell you exactly where the problem lies. But first, regarding your problem, these questions. Are you saying the fog lights do not work, or are they not installed? What fuse keeps blowing? This info that you have and did not share is significant for long-distance diagnosis. Any other bad electrical systems? Headlights? Hi or lo? Turn-signals? Four-way flashers (the two are not the same)? Brake (correct spelling) lights? Wipers? front and rear? Radio? Power locks? Power windows? AC-heater blower? We are here. Come back. |
